On 22 October 2025, the CHORUS project participated in the joint final event of the Horizon Europe projects CONDUCTOR and IN2CCAM, held in Brussels, Belgium. The event brought together researchers, industry representatives, public authorities, and stakeholders from across the CCAM ecosystem to exchange knowledge, present project achievements, and discuss the future of connected, cooperative, and automated mobility in Europe.
A key contribution from CHORUS was delivered by Christos Ballis from I-SENSE Group of ICCS, who took part in the panel discussion “Interoperability and Integration: Building the Future of Multi-Modal Mobility” with the presentation “Interoperability by Design: Integrating CCAM into a multi-actor orchestration framework.”
The session brought together perspectives from across the CCAM landscape, addressing the challenges and opportunities of enabling connected mobility ecosystems that can operate across organisational, technological, and geographical boundaries. Alongside CHORUS, speakers from GoOpti and CERTH-HIT shared insights on interoperable demand-responsive mobility and the future of multimodal traffic management.
Through its participation in the event, CHORUS contributed to the ongoing dialogue on how orchestration frameworks and interoperability solutions can accelerate the transition towards safer, more sustainable, and better-connected transport systems across Europe.
