✅ Minimum 170 kg payload capacity

✅ Minimum 2.0 m³ enclosed cargo volume

✅ Remote-operation / autonomy-ready pathway

✅ Onboard compute, comms & safety interlocks

✅ Standard mains charging

🗓️ Key dates:

• Clarification questions: 01 May 2026

• Tender deadline: 18 May 2026, 12:00 CEST

• Indicative award: 27 May 2026

• Contract start: 15 June 2026

💶 Maximum contract value: €23,000 (inc. VAT), fixed price

📅 Contract period: June 2026 – January 2028

🏆 Award basis: 80% quality / 20% price

The CHORUS project is demonstrating orchestrated CCAM services in Oxfordshire, integrating self-driven bicycles, delivery vans, autonomous bots, and — with this contract — a remotely operable Mobile Delivery Hub. This is a genuine opportunity to be part of Horizon Europe’s cutting-edge urban mobility research.

Equivalent solutions are welcome — we do not specify a single brand or model.
